BAND THERAPEUTIC RADIOGRAPHER – OUH Radiotherapy @ Milton Keynes
We are seeking a motivated Therapeutic Radiographer to join the OUH Radiotherapy team in Milton Keynes.
As a Band Therapeutic Radiographer, you will play a key role in delivering safe and effective radiotherapy using techniques including SABR, VMAT and DIBH. You will work alongside an experienced and welcoming team in a modern environment where professional development and wellbeing are actively supported.

The department is equipped with a Varian TrueBeam with DoF, RGSC and SGRT, and a Siemens CT, all networked by ARIA. The service launched in early and forms part of a multi-site radiotherapy service across Oxford, Milton Keynes, and Swindon, combining the benefits of a close-knit local team with the resources of a large radiotherapy service.

Main duties of the job
Work as a member of the team of therapeutic radiographers covering all sections of the department including CT scanning, virtual simulation and contouring, delivery of a wide range of both simple and complex treatment and IGRT techniques
Liaising with the multidisciplinary team.
Assist with the day-to-day organisation of the CT and treatment unit to ensure an efficient service is delivered and workload targets are achieved.
Supervise, support & teach junior members of staff and students.
