Key Responsibilities As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:
* •Managing and running a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring it is prepared for service.
* •Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in accordance with our standards and recipes.
* •Assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the creation of bespoke menus for a wide range of events.
* •Ensuring that all food production is consistent and of the highest quality.
* •Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
* •Supervising and mentoring junior members of the kitchen team, including Commis Chefs.
* •Managing stock levels for your section, assisting with inventory control and minimizing waste.
* Must be able to work independently, following detailed event plans and timings
* Must be flexible to business needs over 7 days a week
