The Role: Compliance Assistant
As a vital part of our operations team, youll support our compliance processes and ensure that all contract workers meet the necessary requirements before starting their assignments.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure all contract workers are fully compliant prior to deployment
Verify right-to-work documentation and obtain employment references
Issue contracts and complete background checks
Respond to compliance queries accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain up-to-date and accurate compliance records
Assist with general office administration tasks
Provide cover for the Office & Compliance Manager during periods of absence

Were Looking for Someone Who: Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Communicates confidently, both in writing and verbally
Can manage their workload independently and prioritise effectively
Has a proactive, positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
Possesses basic IT skills (Microsoft Office and online forms)
Ideally has some admin experience in a fast-paced environment (compliance experience not essential)
