This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences from the very first interaction. As the first point of contact for potential guests, you will play a key role in ensuring every booking begins with warmth, efficiency and five-star service.
The Role
As Reservations Agent, you will:
1. Handle enquiries via phone, email and webchat with professionalism and warmth
2. Work closely with internal departments including Meetings & Events, Spa, Golf, Activities, Food & Beverage and Accounts to coordinate seamless bookings
3. Quickly adapt to internal systems to manage reservations efficiently
4. Support the delivery of a high-quality guest experience from initial enquiry through to arrival
