About the Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic female PE teacher to join our vibrant team at a well-respected academy in Ealing. What You'll Do: Design and deliver engaging and informative PE lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum. Cultivate a supportive and encouraging learning environment that fosters confidence, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits in young girls. Motivate and inspire students to participate in a variety of physical activities, catering to different interests and abilities. Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable). Collaborate with colleagues in the PE department to enhance the curriculum and contribute to school-wide events. Play a positive role model for young girls, demonstrating the importance of an active lifestyle and a strong sense of self-worth. You'll Be A Perfect Fit If You Have: A QTS qualification in Physical Education (PE) or a closely related discipline. A proven track record of success in teaching PE to girls across various age groups. A strong understanding of the National Curriculum for PE and the ability to create engaging and inclusive lessons. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and individual strengths.
