Cloud Engineer
An exciting opportunity for a Cloud Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations to join a forward-thinking IT services team in Central London.

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum + Benefits (see below)
Location: Hybrid. Working 3 days from the City of London office (Farringdon / Chancery Lane EC1N) and 2 days from home
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
* Configure User Devices: Set up and enrol user endpoints in Intune and Entra ID Conditional Access
* Lead Data Migrations: Manage SharePoint and OneDrive migrations and operating system upgrades
* Provide Technical Support: Troubleshoot Intune enrolment issues across multiple platforms including Windows, Mac, Android, and iPhone
* Client Onboarding: Deliver seamless system migration support and onboarding for new users
* Collaborate With Teams: Work closely with colleagues through training and mentorship programmes
* Maintain Standards: Ensure best practice in device management and cloud configuration
* Onsite Visits: Build strong client relationships through regular onsite interactions
* Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Microsoft cloud solutions and certification pathways
Candidate Requirements
* Technical Knowledge: Proven skills in Windows and Mac troubleshooting within professional IT environments
* Cloud Expertise: Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune device management
* Customer Focus: A commitment to exceptional client service and communication
* Qualifications: Working towards or holding Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop or Enterprise Administrator certification
* Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a desire for learning and progression
* Organisation: Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines
