Job Overview
Business Support Coordinators provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales teams, including preparing reports, allocating leads, maintaining operational procedures, managing data within the CRM system, and setting up new clients. This role involves handling over 500 leads per month, processing more than 300 contracts, supporting the Business Support mailbox within SLA, and producing daily and weekly reports with trend analysis and MI data for senior management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Ensure mailbox is constantly monitored and all emails are processed
* Compile reports daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly with analysis
* Manage incoming leads
* Process new business applications daily
* Support sales teams with system training and queries
* Monitor and allocate data records to ensure sales have sufficient data
* Coordinate administrative needs of the sales and management teams as required
Essential Skills and Competencies
* Strong experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and expert Excel skills
* Excellent attention to detail, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
