Position Overview
We are seeking confident and driven individuals to join our Field Sales Representatives team. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2. Previous sales experience is not required, but we look for individuals who thrive in a target-driven role.
Responsibilities
1. Meet prospective customers at their doorstep, connecting them with our products and services.
2. Participate in in-depth training to enable quality customer conversations from the start.
3. Work scheduled hours between 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm in the field.
Hours and Training
Part-time roles range from 16 to 30 hours weekly, full-time is 37.5 hours. During your first 3 weeks, you must attend your assigned office between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, with a mix of self-led learning and in-office induction. Part-time employees must commit to this initial period before reverting to their regular hours.
Minimum Requirements
* A UK driving licence with no more than 8 points.
* Enjoy spending time outdoors.
* A positive, winning attitude.
* Self-motivation to meet sales targets, resilience to handle rejection, and ability to think on your feet.

* Basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time), with top advisors earning £50k - £70k annually with uncapped commissions.
