The Peninsula London is seeking a talented Communications & Brand Partnerships Coordinator will facilitate projects that elevate and develop the hotel's image and positively impact business, relating to various functions within the hotel, including but not limited to Rooms, F&B, Wellness, Retail and Special Events. You will promote and safeguard our brand image. We are looking for someone who can tell a story, bring our heritage to life and share our vision.
The role will require you to be aware of consumer global luxury brands, local luxury boutiques, society and royalty as relevant to The Peninsula London and the role will facilitate an increase in brand awareness and revenue among these key audiences through co-hosted brand events and promotional activations.
Ensure that our communications and content generated is amplified and externally across owned, earned and paid media. Identify content that continually elevates the hotel's brand image, keeping it top-of-mind with consumers, and commensurate with that of one of the leading luxury hotels of London, and the world. Key Accountabilities
* Work closely with the Brand Marketing & Director of Communications Management Team to support the hotel's brand partnerships and communications strategy, activities, and implementation.
* Update the events calendar to include stakeholder events, PR & marketing activations, campaigns.
* Manage the internal communications social channels with quick efficient response rate, resolution and action.
* Manage all the internal documents used to track media success from press visits, media stays and influencer campaigns.
* Work with our international PR agency to promote our content and news and provide any assets that are needed for pitching.
* Drive the collation of monthly press reports and best of press and written text collaborating with the PR and communications team.
* Ensure on top of breaking news and timely international stories to assist with wider hotel knowledge on subject matters.
General Requirements
* Relevant experience in communications or public relations in the luxury consumer, hotel, or travel industries.
* Must have excellent written, verbal communication skills and attention to details.
* Genuine interest in art, fashion, food, travel, interior design and lifestyle related activities.
* Must have strong planning and coordinations skills, organisation and communications of projects to different stakeholders.
* Able to react with appropriate urgency to situations and events tht require a quick response or turnaround.
* Fluent English communication proficiency
