This is an exciting opportunity to manage our new store location and create a vibrant shopping experience for our customers, where quality kitchenware meets exceptional service.
This is a new store opening in the Cotswold Designer Outlet Tewkesbury - July 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire your team towards achieving sales targets and providing outstanding customer service.
* Manage daily operations, ensuring the store is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing.
* Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
* Foster a positive team environment through training and development initiatives.
* Engage with customers to address their needs and enhance their shopping experience.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a retail management position, ideally in home goods or kitchenware.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
* Excellent customer service acumen and a passion for cooking and kitchenware.
* Ability to analyse sales data and implement effective improvement strategies.
* Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach.
