Supported Living Manager – Amersham Road Service
We are currently recruiting a Supported Living Manager for our Amersham Road service. This is an excellent development opportunity to take on further responsibility in service management.
Responsibilities
* Work with the Service Manager to maintain an overview of the service, lead a highly motivated team, and contribute to further development.
* Demonstrate a person‑centred approach with a warm, confident, professional manner.
* Apply contractual and CQC quality standards in practice.
* Provide clear guidance, supervision, and support to team members, leading the team with confidence.
* Communicate positively and professionally with families, advocates, and other agencies.
Qualifications
* Experience of staff and service management is essential.
* Confident, accountable practitioner capable of implementing contractual and CQC quality standards.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
