Its 30 hours per week. The current person has Fridays off, but were open to flexible patternslike five shorter days (e.g. 10am3pm).

Whats the role?
Youll support people with mental health challengesoften linked to autism or learning disabilitieshelping them return to work, stay in work, or explore new options. Support is delivered over seven structured sessions, tailored to each person. It's not about rushing anyone into a jobits about realistic, wellbeing-focused outcomes.
Youll typically see 34 clients per day, working from the St Neots office (every Wednesday), as well as community spaces in Biggleswade, Bedford, and Leighton Buzzard. Theres also home working (flexible, no set days). Referrals come from Talking Therapies, GPs, and local charities.
