Corporate Legal Secretary

Salary: Up to £35,000
This reputable Legal 500 firm is highly regarded, often acting on a range of complex issues for an array of businesses and individuals. This role is ideal for a PA looking for an opportunity to take ownership of their work while contributing to a high‑performing team.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and PA assistance to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the department.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the go‑to PA for fee earners, ensuring workloads are managed and priorities are clear
* Support the marketing team with events
* Manage complex travel and produce itineraries
* Take ownership of diaries, meetings, and schedules to keep the team running smoothly
* Manage all correspondence with professionalism, serving as a key point of contact for clients
* Build strong client relationships by taking instructions and maintaining precise records
* Support billing and legal documentation, ensuring processes are efficient and deadlines met
* Manage time recording and deadlines
* Open and manage client files in full compliance with anti‑money laundering regulations
* Maintain a highly organised filing system for fast and reliable information retrieval
Key Skills & Attributes
* Seasoned PA with impeccable attention to detail
* Self‑driven with a proactive, positive attitude and excellent time management and organisational skills
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other IT tools
* Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
* Reliable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks within a busy environment
* Legal or professional services background with at least 3 years of experience
