The Role:
The role focuses on producing and maintaining insightful reports and dashboards, supporting ad-hoc analysis, and working closely with stakeholders and data engineers to turn raw data into reliable, analysis-ready datasets. Youll also contribute to improving and maintaining self-service analytics capabilities and applying statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Deliver and maintain insightful, value-add reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs
2. Respond to ad-hoc data and analysis requests from across the business
3. Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities
4. Apply appropriate statistical and analytical techniques to translate data into actionable insights
5. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and shape analytical solutions
6. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data is accurate, fit for purpose, and analysis-ready
7. Maintain and continuously improve self-service reporting and data products
8. Ensure high standards of data quality, accuracy, and documentation
9. Communicate insights clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
10. Help shape the long-term analytics roadmap and work with team leads, product managers and project managers to refine backlogs and plan individual sprints.
About You:
11. Proven experience (4+ years) delivering insights and analysis in a business context
12. Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting, data analysis, and visualisation
13. Comfortable working with large datasets and applying statistical techniques
14. Able to translate complex data into clear, commercial insights
15. Collaborative and curious, able to take ownership of work and manage priorities independently within an Agile team environment.
16. Experience with BI tools, SQL, and data environments
17. Strong programming skills

What To Expect Next:
20. 1st stage: Introduction call with a member of the TA team (30 mins)
21. 2nd stage: Take-home assessment (2 hours)
22. 3rd stage: Onsite interview, presentation, competency and values (90 mins)
