Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join the Pre & Post Birth Team for Redbridge Council.
Practice Manager - Pre & Post Birth Team - £40.27 p/h Umb
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage practitioners working on pre-birth and post-birth safeguarding cases.
* Oversee comprehensive pre-birth risk assessments and ensure effective planning prior to birth.
* Ensure statutory responsibilities under Section 17 and Section 47 are met.
* Provide reflective supervision and quality assurance of assessments and care planning.
* Support legal planning meetings and oversee pre-proceedings and care proceedings where necessary.
* Promote strong partnership working with health professionals and multi-agency partners.
* Drive service improvements and maintain high standards of safeguarding practice.
Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working (subject to service requirements).
Pay Rate:
* £40.27 p/h Umb
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.
* Social Work England Registration.
* Significant experience within safeguarding and pre-birth assessment work.
* Previous experience in a senior or management capacity within children's services.
* Strong knowledge of statutory legislation and court processes.
