JOB TITLE: Marketing Performance Assistant Manager.
SALARY: £39,825pa to £48,675pa plus the benefits package listed below.
LOCATION: Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds, Halifax, or Chester
HOURS: 35 hours, full time.
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at one of the above the listed hubs.

Are you looking to grow your skills in campaign measurement, performance reporting, and data-driven marketing strategies?
We’re looking for a motivated and analytically minded Marketing Performance Assistant Manager to join our Brands, Marketing & Experience team. You’ll support the evaluation of marketing activity across digital, CRM, and ATL channels. Working alongside senior team members and agency partners, you’ll help deliver post-campaign analysis, track key marketing metrics, and contribute to the development of measurement frameworks.
You’ll also assist in identifying trends, drawing out insights, and supporting test-and-learn initiatives to help optimise marketing performance. This is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real impact.

What you’ll need
1. Demonstrable experience in a marketing performance or analytics role.
2. An understanding of marketing metrics, attribution, and campaign measurement.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, with an ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
