The Role Joining this well-established team, you will support the wider team with non-contentious projects and contentious collective consultation, disciplinary and grievance processes and resisting employment tribunal claims, whilst developing your own portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities Advising clients on contracts, dismissals, tribunals and disciplinaries Drafting and reviewing documents Handling employment tribunal claims Developing your own portfolio About You Qualified Solicitor with between 2 - 3 years PQE in employment law, including previous experience with both contentious and non-contentious employment law advisory work.
