About the role
Based in our Finance department at our Glasgow Head Office, the Credit Control Administrator will support the Credit Control Team. Responsibilities include opening new accounts, actioning queries, processing incoming correspondence, resolving queries, ensuring credits are raised within company guidelines, and performing general administrative duties.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within a Credit Control team
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
* Strong attention to detail, prioritisation and organisational skills
* Proficiency with MS Office Packages, specifically Excel and Word
