Responsibilities
* To handle all telephone calls, face to face, emails (including social media) and any written correspondence in a professional, polite and efficient manner.
* To ensure that all relevant details are recorded accurately on supporting technology and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
* To proactively respond to and resolve a wide range of issues relating to North Devon Council services, including complex and in depth enquiries.
* To accurately identify where a specialist response is required and escalate within the target time-scale.
* To provide equality and ease of access to all Council Services and those of its partners, for all residents of and visitors to North Devon area.
