Previous BEMS Experience Required
This role plays an integral part in providing a professional and quality service to customers and the successful delivery of all Eon Control Solutions project works, ensuring a first-class service to internal stakeholders and customers. It involves delivering projects on time and within budget while promoting quality and observing the Eon Control Solutions H&S policy.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Manage full project costs
2. Adhere to all company ISO, H&S procedures & policies
3. Ensure compliance with H&S and CDM requirements, including documentation
4. Attend site progress and review meetings; produce weekly reports
5. Manage project variations and interim payments
6. Support final account negotiations with Regional Manager or Commercial Director
7. Maintain up-to-date ECS project files in line with quality procedures
8. Coordinate with estimating/sales teams at technical and commercial levels
9. Participate in project handover meetings
10. Create and manage project work schedules
11. Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and C2C reports
12. Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
13. Procure control items and size control valves
14. Approve control panel drawings and designs
15. Forecast labor requirements and manage project resources
16. Manage sub-contractors and evaluate their performance
17. Ensure operatives are trained for their tasks
18. Conduct project design activities and review external engineering
19. Prepare O&M manuals, commissioning packs, and document storage
20. Attend training and meetings as required
21. Adhere to ECS method statements and risk assessments
22. Perform other duties as assigned by management
