Role Description
The Marketing Assistant is a volunteering position where they will support the planning and delivery of the festival's marketing campaigns and promotional activities. They will assist in creating content for social media, newsletters, and other digital platforms, as well as help design and distribute marketing materials. Working closely with the rest of the Marketing Team, the Communications Officer, Editor-in-Chief, and Head of Press, they will contribute to audience engagement initiatives and ensure consistent branding across all channels. The Marketing Assistant will also help monitor campaign performance, gather feedback, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and external partners
Familiarity with Sales and Sales & Marketing strategies to support promotional efforts
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
