What you’ll do
* Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle — strategy, planning, writing, review and submission.
* Coordinate inputs across Sales/Service, Operations, Finance, Legal and technical SMEs.
* Write clear, persuasive, compliant responses for Invitation to Tender (ITT), Selection Questionnaire (SQ), Pre‑Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) submissions.
* Ensure full compliance with public procurement rules, legal requirements, data protection and internal governance.
* Manage supplier briefings, clarifications and procurement‑portal activity.
* Maintain and improve bid libraries, evidence, case studies and templates.
What you’ll need
* Strong experience managing complex bids and deadlines.
* Excellent written English and ability to translate technical detail into compelling narrative.
* Confident communicator able to influence and coach at all levels.
* Highly organised, detail‑driven and deadline‑focused.
* Advanced MS Office skills; proposal automation tools a plus.
* Knowledge of UK public procurement processes.
