Fire Risk Assessor
We are seeking a Fire Risk Assessor to join a renowned global multidisciplinary firm to support local projects across various sectors.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct fire risk assessments of types 1 & 3 in residential, healthcare, custodial, education, and commercial properties.
* Perform fire integrity and compartmentation surveys to identify breaches and propose remedial repairs, including specification and design.
* Provide quality and technical monitoring on construction projects.
* Advise clients on fire safety to manage their property portfolios.
* Possess good knowledge of Approved Document B, HTM 05-02, Building Bulletins, and relevant British Standards.
* Review contractors' proposals and provide comments on suitability.
* Assist in project delivery and ensure effective communication and time management.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum Level 3 Fire Safety Qualification.
* Experience in undertaking or reviewing Fire Risk Assessments.
* Knowledge of current and upcoming UK fire safety legislation.
