About the role
The IS Analyst for Workplace User Adoption works within Booker's IS team, responsible for empowering colleagues to maximize the value of IT systems through clear, concise, and accessible documentation. You will create and maintain user guides, support materials, and SharePoint resources, ensuring they are current and aligned with industry best practices and regulatory standards. This role is key to driving user satisfaction, enhancing system utilization, and contributing to Booker's customer satisfaction and profitability.
