At The Trees, a warm and welcoming home for four gentlemen in the peaceful village of Drayton Parslow, we're looking for a caring and committed individual to join us as a Waking Night Project Worker.
Whether you are experienced or new to care, we will support you with full training, a structured induction, and the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification. You will be part of a dedicated team providing overnight support, helping to ensure the residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected throughout the night.

Key responsibilities as a Waking Night Project Worker:
* Supporting vulnerable adults during night hours, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
* Communicating effectively using various methods tailored to individual needs.
* Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
* Promoting independence and respecting the wishes of the people we support.
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns promptly whilst ensuring the safety of the property
* Offering emotional support as needed
* Responding to and documenting any crisis events that may occur during the night
* Administering medication if required and completing household tasks
* Providing personal care support during the night when required, ensuring residents' dignity, safety, and well-being are upheld
Ideal candidates will have:
* Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different needs.
* A team-focused mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
* A commitment to delivering excellent care and support.
* An understanding of equality, diversity, and safeguarding principles.
* Previous experience is helpful but not essential-we provide full training.
It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
We will support your development with a structured induction, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.
