Your new role
The job of the Financial Controller is a permanent one. They are looking for someone with the desire to become a Finance Director in a stable, long-term position.
The job will involve, but will not be limited to:
* Production of monthly management accounts, including profit and loss and balance sheet.
* Production of detailed budgets
* Forecasting and re-forecasting
* Working with auditors at year-end
* Dealing with foreign currency
* Analysis of costs
* Variance analysis
* Managing the transactional finance team
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA). They will have previous experience of working in the manufacturing industry or have experience of dealing with stock/ inventory. They will be comfortable leading a team to meet the deadline requirements of the company.
What you'll get in return
This job offers career progression, along with 1 day working from home, 25 days' holiday + stats, a pension scheme and a salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum.
