Head of Marketing - Sites in West & North Yorkshire
Hays are currently recruiting for a Head of Marketing to work for a company in Yorkshire.
This role requires someone to manage day to day marketing activities and be responsible for development and implementation of the long-term marketing strategy of the Company. You will drive the Company marketing presence to create a strong brand while owning the customer journey. You will manage the marketing budget effectively, working with the sales team to achieve targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee all marketing for the company.
* Work closely with the Sales team.
* Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with set objectives.
* Responsible for the creation and publication of all marketing material.
* To plan and implement the development of a wide range of promotional materials and campaigns, website content, advertisements and other marketing-related projects internal and external.
* Manage website development and online presence including social media.
* Managing the customer database, including targeting and segmentation activities, mailing production and customer surveys, then feeding back data to sales managers.
* Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications, leads, ROI, key metrics through internal MI.
* Research and analyse market trends to form marketing strategies.
* Track all marketing and sales data and develop a suite of detailed written reports and verbal presentations for the senior management team and the Board.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
* Experience of working in a fast-paced SME at this level or equivalent
* A degree or equivalent in marketing or marketing-related subject or an alternative marketing qualification
* Excellent standard of verbal and written communication
* Ability to prioritise and work across multiple projects.
