• Lead day-to-day P&C operations across the full employee lifecycle
• Manage payroll and benefits with precision and care
• Coach and develop a high-performing P&C operations team
• Own our HR systems and data (Access – People HR)
• Drive process improvements and tech upgrades
• Ensure compliance and keep policies sharp and user-friendly
• Enhance employee experience from onboarding to offboarding
