GSL Education are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join schools in Cleethorpes. As a Primary TA, this is an excellent opportunity to provide valuable support to both teachers and students in a dynamic classroom environment.
Responsibilities as a Primary Teaching Assistant:
* Support the teacher in delivering engaging lessons to students across the primary age range.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with varying learning needs.
* Assist in classroom management and help maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
* Help to implement differentiated learning strategies for students with additional learning requirements.
* Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
* Help with the monitoring and recording of student progress.
Requirements for Primary Teaching Assistant:
* Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A nurturing and flexible approach to working with students.
* A valid enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
* A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment over the last 10 years.
