We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to work in a friendly and supportive school in Reading. This is a great opportunity to support pupils in the classroom, helping them develop confidence and progress in their learning while working closely with the class teacher. The Role Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities Working with pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis Helping pupils stay engaged and focused during lessons Supporting children with different learning needs Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation Requirements Previous experience working with children (school experience desirable) A positive, patient and proactive attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for supporting children’s learning and development At Supply Hive, safeguarding is a top priority.
