Are you a warm, professional, and organised individual with experience working in a school office? Mindlynk Ltd is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-respected school looking for a School Receptionist to become the friendly face and voice of their front office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated admin team in a role that’s central to the smooth running of the school day.
The Role:
📌 Act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students
📌 Handle incoming calls, emails, and general school enquiries
📌 Manage sign-in systems and ensure safeguarding protocols are followed
📌 Provide admin support using SIMS for attendance, pupil data, and communication
📌 Liaise with staff, senior leadership, and external stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Previous experience in a school office setting is highly desirable
✅ Proficient in SIMS and other Microsoft Office applications
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Friendly, well-presented, and professional manner
✅ Highly organised and able to manage a busy front desk
✅ Team player with a flexible and proactive approach
✅ Strong attention to detail and able to handle sensitive data discreetly
