Base pay range
$98,000.00/yr - $172,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
* Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders and counseling on health care and prescription medication needs.
* Maintain confidential information and required documentation for controlled medications.
* Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply it to support customer and business needs, offering guidance to others in best practices.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders to support and implement business solutions, monitor progress, and adapt to changing demands.
* Model customer service approaches and ensure concerns are resolved within company guidelines and standards.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations; support ethics and integrity through open communication and proper execution of programs.
* Provide comprehensive patient care by dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and supporting programs developed by Walmart in compliance with pharmacy statutes and regulations.
* Promote patient safety and quality of care by communicating expectations, counseling on new therapies, and documenting actions as required by practice or state regulations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
* Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
* Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$172,000.00. This pay range is for a 40 hours/week schedule; hours for other schedules are prorated accordingly. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
