Our client specialises in creating unforgettable experiences for their clients and is looking to expand their dynamic team with an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and presenting bespoke hospitality solutions to a wide range of corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively source and convert new business opportunities
* Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and VIP accounts
* Present tailored hospitality packages to senior decision-makers
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings
Person Specification
We are looking for a confident and self-motivated sales professional with a natural ability to build rapport and influence at senior levels.
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within events, hospitality, or a similar industry
* A natural relationship builder with strong networking skills
* Target-driven with a passion for exceeding expectations
* Resilient, proactive, and confident in negotiating with senior stakeholders
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
