To support our growing school, we are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic General Administrator to join our successful school team. The Westminster School is a Special School catering for 300 pupils with moderate learning difficulties aged 7 to 19 years. We are looking for a highly organised, IT-literate individual with extensive administration experience and GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C (or equivalent). This is a fast-paced, varied role, so excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills are essential. While experience in a school setting is beneficial, it is not required—candidates with strong administrative backgrounds in other sectors will also be considered. As a General Administrator, you will provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support across the school. You’ll work as part of a collaborative and friendly admin team, following established procedures with minimal supervision. The role requires the ability to multitask effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities. A flexible and proactive approach is key to supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
