We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong background in integrated circuits and aerospace-grade development. This is a key leadership position responsible for defining, improving, and enforcing quality processes across complex semiconductor projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage Quality Assurance processes throughout the IC development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with aerospace and industry standards.
* Oversee the full VLSI quality flow including architecture, design, verification, DFT, embedded software, validation, packaging, and manufacturing.
* Implement and maintain quality systems, configuration management, and requirements tracking tools.
* Ensure full traceability and documentation to meet aerospace regulatory and compliance requirements.
* Conduct internal audits and support external audits to uphold certification and audit readiness.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams to drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of quality.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline.
* 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience in integrated circuit development—preferably within mixed-signal or aerospace applications.
* Strong understanding of VLSI design and production flows including architecture, RTL, verification, DFT, validation, and packaging.
* Hands-on familiarity with aerospace quality and traceability standards (e.g., AS9100, DO-254, MIL-STD).
* Experience with configuration management and requirements tracking tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama, Polarion, Git-based workflows).
* Excellent communication, documentation, and audit facilitation skills.
