Join to apply for the Clinical Psychologist role at mPowered Solutions Inc. The post is for an 8a level, with a preceptorship pathway available for newly qualified or soon to qualify psychologists (Band 7 in preceptorship with progression to Band 8a). The post is linked to the Hillside Secure Children's Home in the Swansea Bay CAMHS MDT, professionally led by a Consultant Practitioner Psychologist and involving AHP, Medicine and Systemic Family Therapy alongside the Psychologist role.
The successful candidate will conduct psychological assessments, develop formulations with children, families and MDT colleagues, and contribute to care and treatment plans. The role includes opportunities for direct psychological interventions, as well as indirect work to support Hillside staff in applying plans in a trauma-informed way.
