We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global FMCG company with a fantastic portfolio of food brands operating in over 150 countries worldwide, to hire an HR & Payroll Specialist. This is a new role within the organisation, offering an exciting opportunity play a key role in HR operations and supporting employees' through their full lifecycle within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.
* Manage payroll functions, ensuring accurate processing and allocation of payroll.
* Coordinate with external payroll providers and finance teams.
* Facilitate employee development programs and manage health care benefits.
* Support hiring managers with recruitment coordination and training.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Degree in accounting, business, finance, or related fields would be highly advantageous
* FMCG experience preferred.
* Knowledge of GDPR and health & safety compliance.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
The role is being offered on a hybrid basis from the Windsor based office.
