Field Sales Representative
Working for a top Workwear and PPE Supplier
IMMEDIATE START
* 35k- 40k, OTE Year 1 of 47k- 52k ( 12k commission)
* Fully remote role
* 3 days in field covering South England (M3/M4 corridor)
Our client is a top supplier of workwear and PPE. They are now looking for a Sales Representative to drive sales and provide expert advice on product range. You'll build strong customer relationships and help expand our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Customer Service:
o Advise customers on workwear and PPE
o Identify needs, recommend solutions, and close deals
o Handle inquiries and resolve issues
* Product Management:
o Know our products inside out
o Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
o Source new products and manage inventory
* Relationship Building:
o Maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
o Represent us at industry events
* Compliance:
o Ensure products meet safety standards
o Provide accurate certification info
* Team Collaboration:
o Work with sales, marketing, and procurement teams
o Train and support staff
Qualifications:
* Experience in workwear and PPE sales (B2B preferred)
* Knowledge of products and industry standards
* Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
* Team player with good organisational skills
* CRM proficiency
