Key Responsibilities :
* Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and medication support
* Support with mobility and transfers
* Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for service users
* Accurately document care notes and medical records
* Build strong relationships with service users and their families
* Engage with clients to promote their well-being and happiness
* Essential : Previous experience as a Care Assistant, valid UK driving licence, and access to your own vehicle
