Responsibilities
* Supporting the Store Manager with deliveries, placing orders, and handling customer queries.
* Managing people, performance, and holiday rosters.
* Maximizing sales, ensuring excellent customer service, minimizing costs, and optimizing operations.
Requirements
* Experienced people‑manager.
* Skilled in leading teams in a fast‑paced, stakeholder/customer‑driven environment.
* Proficient in time management and boosting operational efficiency.
* Motivated to consistently achieve targets.
