Job Description We are seeking an experienced Revenue Assurance Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy across our billing processes, maximising revenue, and leading a small but high-performing team. You will act as the key contact for the Revenue Assurance function, working closely with stakeholders across the business to drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls. Key Responsibilities Management & Leadership Lead and develop a team of 5 (4 remote 1 office-based in Canterbury) Conduct regular 1:1s and support staff development Be the main point of contact for the Revenue Assurance team Travel occasionally for face-to-face meetings with team members Revenue Assurance Maximise revenue opportunities through detailed billing system analysis Manage supplier invoice reconciliations against the Symbill Billing System Improve data integrity to enhance profit reporting and business decision-making Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and issues Sage Approvals Oversee purchase invoice approvals via Concur Investigate and resolve all Cost of Sale invoices without purchase orders Process Enhancement & Reporting Streamline and improve revenue analysis processes Work with the Billing team to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements Enhance MI reporting by ensuring accurate data capture (supplier names, wholesale costs, etc.) Customer Billing Experience Reduce errors and credit notes by highlighting issues before invoicing Improve billing timeliness through accurate supplier reconciliations Ensure clear product naming conventions and customer-friendly billing practices Qualifications Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in Revenue Assurance (telecommunications or financial services preferred) Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualisation tools is an advantage Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills In-depth knowledge of revenue assurance processes, controls, and best practices Familiarity with telecom billing systems and industry regulations (highly desirable) Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality Additional Information At Wavenet, we offer more than just a job – we provide an exceptional environment and a wide range of benefits to support your success from day one.
