Job Title: Marketing Data Manager
Location: United Kingdom (Home based - with occasional travel to sites such as Peterborough and Harrogate).

We’re looking for a Marketing Data Manager to join our evolving Operational Marketing team within AB Dairy. This newly created role plays a vital part in integrating multiple dairy brands, driving smarter marketing decisions, and delivering meaningful impact across our product, service, and technology offerings. You’ll be at the centre of a collaborative, cross-functional team, championing data quality, market insights, and performance metrics to support category managers and commercial teams.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing and maintaining internal marketing databases, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across CRM, marketing automation, and campaign platforms.
* Integrating data from multiple sources (email, social, web analytics, etc.) to provide a complete view of customer and campaign performance.
* Analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to produce actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
* Designing and producing regular performance reports covering KPIs such as ROI, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and campaign effectiveness.
* Collaborating closely with Category Managers, Sales, and Finance to align data insights with wider business strategies.
* Supporting the development and delivery of data-informed operational marketing campaigns.
* Implementing and overseeing data governance and quality standards across marketing systems and reports.
* Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR).
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience in marketing analytics, operational marketing, or data management roles.
* Strong proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, and Google Analytics, with experience in data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI).
* Working knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and share findings with non-technical stakeholders.
* Effective communication skills both written and verbal with a talent for telling a story with data.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive, collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience or strong familiarity with the dairy or agricultural industry is highly desirable.
Location
This role is predominantly home-based and can be performed remotely. Occasional visits to our recently refurbished Peterborough office, as well as other sites across the UK.
