About the Role:
We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our fintech startup in our Manchester office. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to small businesses (e.g. takeaways, barbershops, cafés) and offering our card payment terminals and online payment solutions .
You’ll work from our office to manage outbound calls, follow up on leads, and help new clients get onboarded smoothly. This role includes a base salary plus ongoing revenue share from the clients you bring in — meaning long-term earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound sales calls to local businesses.
* Follow up with leads and referrals generated by the field team.
* Close deals and handle onboarding paperwork.
* Maintain CRM records and manage client follow-up.
* Coordinate with the support team for smooth activation.
What We’re Looking For:
* Native-level English speaker (UK-based).
* 1–2 years of sales or telesales experience (preferably B2B).
* Confident, persuasive communicator with strong closing skills.
* Organised, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
* Comfortable using phone, email, and CRM tools.
* Based in Manchester and available for office-based work.

* Base salary: £1,500 – £1,800/month (depending on experience).
* Monthly revenue share : You earn a % of each client’s monthly payment volume — recurring.
* Uncapped earnings potential : OTE £3,000+ possible.

Contract Type:
* Contract position, with a 1-month probation period .
* During probation, either side may end the contract with 1 week’s notice.
