Company Secretarial Assistant – Farnborough
I'm partnering with a leading professional services team to recruit a Company Secretarial Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for a governance professional to provide both transactional and standalone company secretarial support, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage correspondence and liaise with clients and Solicitors
* Conduct company searches and provide results for transactions
* Maintain statutory registers and assist with Companies House filings, incorporations, annual returns and director/share updates
* Draft and review board minutes and other company secretarial documents
* Support due diligence and data room preparation for corporate transactions, including electronic signature management
* Provide administrative and advisory support for property and corporate matters
Key Skills:
* Strong company secretarial knowledge and attention to detail
* Experience with statutory compliance, filings and board documentation
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
