We are recruiting an experienced Passive Fire Supervisor to lead site teams delivering fire stopping, fire door installation/remediation, and compartmentation works across live projects.
This is a hands-on supervisory role ensuring all works are delivered safely, compliantly, and in line with FIRAS / BM TRADA standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support teams of passive fire operatives
* Allocate daily tasks and manage productivity on-site
* Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with Approved Document B
* Deliver toolbox talks and enforce Health & Safety standards
* Maintain installation records, photographic evidence, and compliance documentation
* Liaise with clients and third-party inspectors
Requirements
1. SSSTS or SMSTS
2. Valid CSCS card
3. 3+ years experience in fire stopping or fire door remediation
