Transport & Logistics Manager
Step into one of the most exciting winter roles on the mountain! Cardrona is looking for a Transport & Logistics Manager to lead our transport, fleet, and freight operations for the 2026 winter season.

In this role you’ll oversee all daily guest and staff transport operations while working closely with RealNZ and local suppliers to ensure the right vehicles and drivers are available throughout the season. You’ll manage fleet maintenance, compliance, and incident reporting - supported by the Logistics Supervisor - and lead the transport, freight, and logistics teams with a strong focus on training, communication, and safety. You’ll keep key services running smoothly, including the Pines Shuttle and carpark integration on busy days, and provide budget updates and end‑of‑season insights to help continuously improve our winter operations.
