Internal Account Manager – Industrial Automation
Location: Milton Keynes (Office-Based)
We're working with a well-respected name in the industrial automation sector to find a motivated Internal Account Manager to join their proactive sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-focused, fast-paced sales environment and enjoys building long-term relationships.
This isn’t just order-taking — you’ll be actively managing accounts, engaging with existing customers, and identifying growth opportunities over the phone and via virtual platforms. It’s a key role in keeping customers happy and helping them find the right solutions from a wide range of technical products.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and grow your portfolio of B2B customers
Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive outreach
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
Work closely with external sales and support teams
Generate and follow up on leads from marketing
Use internal systems and tools to track and manage your pipeline

What You’ll Need
Previous experience in B2B internal sales or account management
A natural communicator with a confident phone manner
Strong attention to detail and great organisation skills
Good IT skills (MS Office + CRM tools)
Knowledge of industrial products or automation is a plus — but not essential
