You will be responsible for:
* Leading day-to-day operations across conversion, logistics, and engineering while strengthening asset care, maintenance planning, and overall reliability
* Driving operational excellence by improving uptime, waste reduction, running speeds, and overall equipment efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
* Building, leading, and developing high-performing teams with clear accountability, capability development plans, and a strong performance culture
* Owning operational budgets and partnering with the Commercial Director on S&OP and capacity planning to deliver margin improvement and support growth
* Championing a zero-harm safety culture and ensuring full compliance with BRCGS, ISO, and all regulatory standards while leading factory-wide improvement projects
Key attributes required:
* Senior operational experience in packaging
* Proven track record in improving factory performance
* Skilled in coaching teams, building capability, and shifting culture
* Solid engineering or production background with strong data literacy
* Commercially aware and financially competent
* Experienced in Lean/CI, structured problem solving, and transformation
* Strong leadership presence
