We are recruiting a Childrens Residential Support Worker for a temp to perm opportunity within childrens residential homes in Burton upon Trent, supporting vulnerable children and young people in Learning Disability (LD) and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) settings.
Role Overview
As a Childrens Residential Support Worker (Waking Nights), you will provide active overnight support, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and emotional stability of children and young people throughout the night. Residential experience is desirable, however candidates with relevant transferable experience will also be considered. Full training is provided, with long-term progression opportunities available.
