I am partnering with a leading global provider of material handling equipment, warehouse technology and intralogistics solutions to recruit a dynamic and strategic Head of Corporate Sales who will lead and elevate their corporate sales function across the UK.


The Opportunity

As the Head of Corporate Sales, you will:

* Lead, manage and develop the Corporate Sales team.
* Drive profitable growth across all revenue streams in alignment with strategic and financial goals.
* Design and execute sales plans that expand market presence and maximise customer value.
* Ensure exceptional customer experience while achieving ambitious sales objectives.


This is a senior leadership role suited to a results‑driven commercial leader who thrives in a fast‑paced B2B environment.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

* Provide strong leadership and performance management to a team of Corporate Account Managers
* Recruit high‑calibre individuals and develop team skills, knowledge and capability.
* Ensure health, safety and wellbeing standards are upheld.


Strategic Sales Execution

* Lead short, mid and long‑term planning to achieve growth aligned to business strategy.
* Deliver on key performance measures, including:
* Order intake volumes
* Account turnover and profit
* Account acquisition
* Fleet growth and cross‑selling
* Drive cross‑selling across the full portfolio.
* Oversee management and development of international accounts.


Customer & Market Focus

* Develop tailored strategies to retain, grow and win corporate accounts.
* Build deep understanding of prospective and existing customer needs.
* Support national and pan‑European sales initiatives.


Commercial Management

* Manage and control all revenue and cost lines within the function.
* Ensure Corporate Sales targets are achieved and commercial opportunities maximised.


Person Specification

Skills & Experience

* Proven senior management experience within B2B sales.
* Experience in capital equipment or financial solutions sales.
* Experience in Logistics or Manufacturing sector
* Demonstrable record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Strong managerial capability with evidence of leading successful teams.
* Solid understanding of the material handling equipment (MHE) market.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

* Commercially astute with excellent business acumen ideally from Logistics or Manufacturing sector.
